ORDER PROCESSING

VITA103.com orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are generally dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after receipt of payment.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

DELIVERY

All packages shipped to the United States will be sent via Canada Post with tracking service included. Delivery will be completed through standard local postal service within 7 to 10 business days.

If you prefer express delivery, additional cost will be applied. Please contact us for special arrangements.

SHIPPING CHARGES

FREE standard shipping to USA for orders over $100, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. For order under $100, a flat rate of US$12.00 per order will be applied for shipping and handling.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept PayPal for payment. We also accept the following credit cards: Visa and Master Card.

Please note, CAPITA MARKETING LIMITED is the company name that will be listed on your credit card statement.

For US and international orders, you will be charged in USD. As our payment service provider is based in Canada, a foreign transaction fee may also be charged by your credit card issuer. Foreign transaction fees are not collected by us nor are we responsible for it. Please check with your credit card issuer for more information or use a credit card that does not apply foreign transaction fees.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel an online order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@vita103.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-408-1864 from Monday to Friday (9 AM to 5 PM PST; closed on Canadian statutory holidays). We will assist you with any questions you may have about cancelling your order.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for reasons such as:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • A duplicate order was placed due to technical error.

If your order is cancelled for one of the above reasons, you will receive an email explaining the reason, and you will not be billed.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs and applicable restocking fees. If the product cannot be recovered or returned, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancelled order requests after the product has shipped will be subject to a 25% restocking fee on the total order amount to cover duties, shipping, and administrative costs. If our shipping carrier is unable to cancel the shipment in time, the cancelled order will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

ITEM AVAILABLITY

If a product is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and the order will not be processed. Vitahouse™ does not accept back orders. RETURN POLICY

Only unopened items purchased on VITA103.com may be returned within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your Order Information* and the reason for the return. A Customer Service Representative will email you to confirm receipt and provide instructions for processing your return.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee on the total order amount to cover duties, shipping, and administrative costs. Customers are also responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

The refund will be the total order amount minus the 25% restocking fee and will be credited back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they are undamaged and unused.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend returning items via UPS, United States Postal Service, Canada Post, or another insured shipping service.

*Order Information

  • Customer name (should be same as the name stated in the credit card)
  • Order date and delivery confirmation date (the date stamped)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders (excluding Canada and USA), extra handling charges and/or duty charges may apply. To place the international orders, please contact us by sending email via info@vita103.com or call: 1-604-247-1864 (Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm PST).

USD (US Dollars) pricing applies to all US and international orders.

Delivery Limitation for International Orders

VITA103.com reserves the right to cancel any online orders due to limitation on customs clearance for parcel deliver to some countries.

Foreign Transaction Fee

The VITA103.com online store payment processing center is in Canada. For customers in the United States, although the transaction will be processed in USD, customers may still be subject to foreign transaction fees depending on your credit card issuer. VITA103.com does not collect and is not responsible for any foreign transactions fees that may be charged by your credit card issuer.
